Michelle Brull opened Rise & Shine Bakery on April Fool's Day 2006 without any formal training or schooling. Rise & Shine originally started out as a kolache shop and has since expanded into lunch, cakes, sweets, specialty coffee drinks, and a killer weekend breakfast!
We do our food right. We use REAL butter and sugar in our sweets and cakes, offer fair trade organic locally roasted coffee, bake our own fresh bread daily, and use organic produce whenever possible.
